Do you see clients in person or virtually?

Both! We see clients at our Chicago office and also offer virtual sessions.

Which medical conditions can you help with?

PCOS, diabetes, gestational diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, celiac, gallstones, bariatric surgery, IBS, and more.

What’s the difference between an RDN (dietitian) and a nutritionist?

A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is an accredited professional who can provide medical nutritional counseling. An RDN has extensive education, specialized medical nutrition training, credentials, and licensing obtained through a state-regulated testing process. Nutritionists do not have this licensing or medical nutritional education.

Do you follow a specific diet like Atkins, Weight Watchers, etc?

We do not follow fad diets because they are not maintainable long-term. Each plan is individualized according to the client’s needs and preferences so that they can implement and maintain their plan.
